Blueberry Smoothie

2 Bananas

1 1/2 Cups Blueberries

2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed

2 Tablespoons Sunflower Seed

1 Cup Almond Milk

3 Handfuls of Ice (depends on the size of the hand)

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
